About CareLink Communications
CareLink Communications began as a physician-owned marketing firm developed to meet the changing needs of marketing for medical practices. With our experience as medical professionals, we understand the unique landscape that medical practices must navigate when reaching out to patients.
As CareLink grew, we were contacted by commercial businesses; restaurants, an online store and a software company that wanted to incorporate social media into their marketing plan. So we expanded into a two divisions: one with a Medical focus, and the other which met the needs of Commercial businesses.
The common element here is that both facets of our firm are Business to Consumer (B2C). Both types of businesses – medical and commercial, benefit from a strong online presence, increased website activity, and more exposure to their target market.

CareLink Communications President & Co-Founder, Bobbi Spain, has worked in the medical field as a marketing specialist, physician liaison, and surgery coordinator. She is a Certified Patient Services Specialist, and has experience working one-on-one with hundreds of patients.
Bobbi has also worked in marketing at a Fortune 500 company, a financial services company, and a university.
She has served on the boards of non-profit organizations as an advocate for health and education issues. She and her husband Bill, a custom software developer, have lived and worked in the Lehigh Valley for over 25 years. They have three children, Melanie, Brandon & Alison.
